What are Taiwanese pancakes?

While touring a night market in Taiwan, I came across a huge line of people waiting to buy "Taiwanese pancakes."This unique baking method has never been seen in Japan, and the pancakes are beautifully cooked in front of customers using copper plates made specifically for pancakes, which is a huge hit! We wanted to offer this to customers in Japan as well, so we immediately imported copper plates and began developing a product to meet authentic specifications.By giving it a Japanese twist and using only domestically produced flour, we have finally created the best pancakes you'll find anywhere.
